Chuta® Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

yogurt
some fresh pieces of mango
a handful of raspberries
a handful of blueberries
soft oatflakes
a handful of chopped Chuta® nuts

Instructions

1. Mix yogurt and soft oat flakes in a bowl
2. If you want your bowl more spicy and more colourful, add cardamom
3. Decorate your bowl with mango, raspberries, blueberries and Chuta® nuts

Chuta® Tortillas

Ingredients

100 g corn flour
50 g Chuta® flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 a glass of water
oil for cooking

Instructions

1. First, put 100 g corn flour in a bowl
2. Add 50 g Chuta® flour, half a glass of water and a pinch of salt
3. Mix everything together with your hands to create a dough
4. Make the typical tortilla form
5. Put the tortilla in a pan with a little bit of oil and bake until it’s slightly brown
6. Prepare your meal with delicious Chuta® tortillas!


Chuta® Protein Yoghurt

Ingredients

3 tbsp of plain yogurt
1 banana
a handful of oat flakes
a handful of pomegranate kernels
honey

Instructions

1. First, give 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt into a cereal bowl
2. Scatter some oat flakes
3. Then, add a handful of pomegranate kernels, sliced banana and a handful
of Chuta® kernels
4. And finally sweeten your protein yogurt with some drops of honey
5. Enjoy your healthy and powerful breakfast!


Chuta® Macaroons

Ingredients

250 g Chuta® flour
100 g sugar
40 roasted Chuta® kernels
3 egg whites
2 drops of bitter almond oil

1 pinch of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

1. Whisk 3 egg whites stiff
2. Add 100 g sugar with some vanilla sugar, cinnamon and 2 drops of bitter
almond oil

3. Fold in 250 g Chuta® flour
4. Spread wafers on a baking tray
5. Give about one teaspoon of Chuta® on a wafer
6. Use roasted Chuta® kernels as decoration
7. Let the Chuta® macaroons bake at 160° C for about 15 to 20 minutes
8. Invite some friends and enjoy the macaroons together!
