Tortillas Made From Chuta® Flour
Those who cannot resist the Mexican flair will love these Chuta® tortillas. Once they have been prepared, they can be served with various fillings. We use these ingredients for the dough:
- 100 g corn flour
- 50 g Chuta® flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- oil for frying
The preparation is very easy: the corn flour, Chuta® flour and salt are mixed together in a bowl. Then you add water until you can knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Finally, shape the tortillas and heat them in a pan with a little oil until they are lightly browned. Now you are perfectly prepared for a Mexican dinner!
